What about the role?

We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our ambitious team at Hedvig. This is a role full of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. As a Data analyst you’ll work with a wide range of analytics tasks - transforming raw data into structured models, analyzing trends and delivering actionable insights to the organisation. You’ll work collaboratively with teams from all areas of the organization and support decision making across product, marketing, claims handling, strategy, pricing and more.

You’ll be part of building and maintaining our analytics platform, the backbone of all insights and reports. Collaborating with our experienced team of analysts and a variety of stakeholders across the company, you’ll help ensure we have the right tools, models, and insights to make fast, informed decisions—supporting everything from high-level strategy to day-to-day operations.

In the role, you would:

- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation

- Develop and build dashboards in our Business Intelligence Tool Looker

- Transform and model data in our data warehouse Google Bigquery using SQL

- Define KPIs to make sure we can measure how we track towards our goals and milestones

About you?

- You have 0–2 years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role

- You have a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

- You’re eager to learn and improve, and you approach problems with curiosity and ownership

- You are business-minded and enjoy working closely with stakeholder

- You thrive in environments with both technical and business related challenges

- You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating across teams

- You are experienced working with SQL
